Paper Studio transforms markdown into styled web documents and provides shareable links. The styling is powered by AI.

Your Content

Ownership: You retain full ownership of everything you publish. Paper Studio claims no rights to your content.

Responsibility: You are responsible for the content you publish. Do not use Paper Studio to publish:

• Content you don't have rights to share
• Illegal content
• Content that infringes on others' rights

Paper Studio reserves the right to remove content that violates these terms without prior notice.

AI-Generated Output

Paper Studio uses AI to style documents. This means:

• Output quality may vary
• Formatting may not always be perfect
• Results are not guaranteed to match specific expectations

Review your documents before sharing with clients.

Pricing & Payments

Trial: 7-day free trial. Card required. Cancel before trial ends to avoid charges.

Monthly ($9/month): 50 documents per day. Cancel anytime through your account settings.

Yearly ($60/year): 50 documents per day. Billed annually. Cancel anytime.

Refunds: Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if the service has not been substantially used. Beyond 7 days, no refunds are provided. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current period.

Search Engine Indexing

Published documents are visible to search engines (Google, Bing, etc.) by default. This means your public documents may appear in search results.

• You can disable search engine indexing per document from your dashboard
• Password-protected and hidden documents are never indexed
• Disabling indexing does not guarantee immediate removal from search results — search engines control their own crawl schedules

Service Availability

Paper Studio aims for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues may cause temporary downtime.

Data: Paper Studio is not responsible for data loss. Keep copies of your source documents.

Account Termination

Paper Studio reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these terms
• Abuse the service or its infrastructure
• Are used for illegal purposes

Terminated accounts due to violations are not eligible for refunds.

Limitation of Liability

Paper Studio's total liability is limited to the amount you have paid in the preceding 12 months. Paper Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated. Significant changes will be communicated via email to registered users.
